Mission: Lungcancer.org is a program of CancerCare, a national nonprofit organization that provides free, professional support services to anyone affected by cancer: people with cancer, caregivers, children, loved ones, and the bereaved. CancerCare programs—including counseling, education, financial assistance and practical help—are provided by trained oncology social workers and are completely free of charge. In 1998, CancerCare founded lungcancer.org as part of our ongoing programs for people with lung cancer. CancerCare provides the following free professional supportive services:

Volunteer Opportunities: Cupcakes for a Cause; Gift certificate drivel; Galas, walks, golfing and other events held in the New York Tri-State region.
