2025 Lung Cancer
Awareness Month Celebration
Miles of Progress, Miles to Go
Twenty years ago, the future of lung cancer looked very different. Today, thanks to relentless research, earlier detection, and the strength of a powerful patient community, there’s momentum—and hope.
Our annual Lung Cancer Awareness Month Celebration is a chance to honor how far we’ve come and to rally for the work still ahead. This year’s event holds special meaning as it coincides with the close of Dusty Donaldson’s Journey Across America: Celebrating 20 Years of Advancements in Lung Cancer.
Throughout her journey, Dusty has been sharing her story and shining a light on the incredible progress made in research, advocacy, and survivorship.

Celebrate!
A night to honor survivorship, fuel advocacy, and spotlight real progress in lung cancer.
Guests will enjoy a delicious dinner, an open bar, and a touch of magic that comes from community and connection. The night will feature inspiring stories from survivors, care partners, and advocates whose determination is shaping the future of lung cancer. Adding to the fun, the evening will carry a sophisticated Monte Carlo flair—with lively, casino-style entertainment (just for fun!) to keep the energy high and the conversations flowing. It’s also a time to connect—sharing laughter, celebration, and camaraderie in a warm, uplifting space.
Lung cancer patients and their care partners are invited to attend for free.
Whether you are living with lung cancer, supporting someone who is, working in the medical community, or championing the cause through advocacy or philanthropy, this evening is for you. Together, we’ll celebrate survivorship, honor progress, and strengthen the bonds that fuel our mission.
