About the Speaker Jennifer Redlich, MS, RDN, CSO, CSP, LDN

Oncology Dietitian


Jennifer Redlich is a dietitian at Levine Cancer Institute in Charlotte, NC. She has a master’s degree in Nutrition from Kansas State University and more than 20 years’ experience. She has worked with every age group from premature neonates to centenarians, and almost every diagnosis imaginable. She currently holds a Board Specialty Certification in Oncology Nutrition but has also helped people make diet changes for conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, COPD, asthma and more. Jennifer has taught nutrition classes at several universities and has spoken at many conferences and community events. She loves to help people sort out nutrition fact from fiction and find practical ways to use diet to improve health.
